An electronic Gift Voucher cannot be returned, extended, exchanged for a new one (if lost or otherwise lost) or for cash.
If the price of the item is higher than the amount of money in the Gift Coupon, you can pay the missing part using the payment methods valid in the e-shop. If you select an item for a lower amount, the balance is non-refundable.
Validity:
The gift coupon is valid for 3 months. from the date of its purchase.
